Credit Pricing
Note that credits have to be posted to secure each hold on a trade, but no credits are consumed until after both parties accept a trade. Pricing is 1 credit per $100 USD of trading (or equivalent). Credit pricing is as follows:
1 credit – $2.99
5 credits – $9.99
10 credits – $18.99
Save more money by purchasing credits in bulk units of 10 so you can place a few offers simultaneously.
Gain/Loss Threshold
The currency exchange rates you see on Konverti are established by continually monitoring actual exchange rates around the world and updating them electronically every 10 minutes through Forex. Although Konverti will provide the current currency exchange rates, as a social media platform you are completely free to negotiate your own exchange rate with trading partners. As swaps are done in cash, it’s unlikely they will exactly match dollar amounts in the want/need offers, but the goal is to get as close as you can. The Gain/Loss Threshold is there as a tolerance to allow for trading flexibility. Sometimes you will gain a little and other times you may lose a little. One way to minimize loss is to ensure you have some small bills so you are not ‘leaving money on the table’.
Identity Management
Identity Management is done via Apple ID or Google Play ID. We don’t retain that information at Konverti. In the event there’s an issue with a Trade and we need to reach out to you or someone on your behalf, we would contact you via Apple and Google. This is a secure layer of protection in place on your behalf.
